Artist - Sculptor - Craftsman and Vessel Maker

In my work I seek the ultimate pot, the transcendent vessel.

The vessel shape has been the prime source of forms and meaning for me since 1960 when I began casting bronze vessels by the lost-wax process. My work ranges from traditional container form with textured and patterned surfaces to pure geometric sculptural pieces. Along the way, I have also produced a body of sculpture, both abstract and figurative, that is included in this survey.
